Description

Delicious white chocolate raspberry truffles that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate.
  3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add raspberry puree and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
