A refreshing and vibrant drink combining tangy lemons and sweet raspberries, topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, sugar, raspberries, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing on the pulp to extract liquid.
- Add remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well. Adjust sweetness as needed.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold 1 cup of the pink lemonade mixture into the whipped cream.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour in the lemonade mixture.
- Top with a dollop of whipped pink mixture.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice.
