Description
A refreshing dessert salad with layers of strawberries, pretzels, and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water and let cool.
- Once cooled, add sliced strawberries to the jello.
- Pour the jello mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Allow the jello to cool before adding to avoid melting the cream cheese layer.
