- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add spinach, bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use any combination of vegetables you prefer.
- This can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Reheat leftovers in the microwave.
