- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour pudding into bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any non-dairy milk of your choice.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of coconut milk.
