Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
