Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats, ground
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, and ground oats.
  3. Add nutritional yeast, soy sauce, olive oil, and spices.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into sausage links.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
