- 1 cup lentils, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup oats, ground
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, and ground oats.
- Add nutritional yeast, soy sauce, olive oil, and spices.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into sausage links.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- These sausages can be grilled or pan-fried for added flavor.
