Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
