Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice of your choice
- 1/4 cup agar-agar powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, agar-agar powder, and maple syrup.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and cornstarch, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Carefully remove the gummy bears from the molds.
Notes
- Use any fruit juice you prefer.
- Store gummy bears in an airtight container in the fridge.
