Description

Delicious vegan gummy bears made with natural ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice of your choice
  • 1/4 cup agar-agar powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, agar-agar powder, and maple syrup.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the agar-agar dissolves.
  3. Add lemon juice and cornstarch, mixing well.
  4. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  6. Carefully remove the gummy bears from the molds.
