Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the mixed dried fruits.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
