Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, turmeric, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach, bell pepper, and onion to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
