Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest.
  3. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions. Cook until soft.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
  8. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  9. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
