Description
Vegan dumplings filled with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions. Cook until soft.
- Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use a rolling pin for even dough.
- Customize the filling with your favorite vegetables.
- Serve with soy sauce or chili oil.
