Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add water and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a deep dish pizza pan.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly on top.
- Add vegan cheese and chopped vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
