Description

A dairy-free alternative to traditional cottage cheese, made from plant-based ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Blend cashews with water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt until smooth.
  3. If using, add nutritional yeast and blend again.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Stir well before serving.

Notes
