Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift. Flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
- Top with fruits or vegan chocolate sauce.
