Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

  4. Gradually add vegetable broth, one cup at a time, stirring constantly.
  5. Add broccoli florets when rice is halfway cooked.
