- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked ziti, marinara sauce, and cashew cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with fresh basil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
