Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and blood orange juice.
  8. Add red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  9. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  11. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
