Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup blood orange juice
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and blood orange juice.
- Add red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use fresh blood oranges for better flavor.
- Adjust food coloring for intensity.
- Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added effect.
