A colorful and fun cake inspired by unicorns.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles
- Food coloring (pink, blue, purple)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Divide the batter into three bowls.
- Add food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
- Layer the colored batter in a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Once cooled, use a fork to poke holes in the cake.
- Pour whipped cream over the cake and add sprinkles.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- This cake can be decorated with additional whipped cream and sprinkles.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can use different colors for the cake layers.
