Description

A rich and indulgent turtle lasagna dessert with layers of chocolate, caramel, and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Layer chocolate graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  6. Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with half of the pecans and mini chocolate chips.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining toppings.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use homemade or store-bought caramel sauce.
  • Chill overnight for better flavor.
  • Can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
