- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups diced bread
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage, bread, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
