Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Italian dessert tiramisu, featuring cold brew coffee layered with creamy mascarpone foam and cocoa powder.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for foam)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cold brew coffee and pour it into a tall glass. Add coffee liqueur and vanilla extract, stirring to combine. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whip together heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until thick and smooth.
  3. Spoon or pour the tiramisu foam over the cold brew coffee, ensuring it floats on top without mixing.
  4. Dust the top with cocoa powder and optionally add chocolate shavings for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
