Description
A creamy and cheesy broccoli bake with three types of cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar and mozzarella to the mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Adjust cheese types based on preference.
