Delicious teriyaki chicken meatballs, perfect as a main dish or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Brush meatballs with teriyaki sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
