Ingredients

- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
