- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour sweet chili sauce and soy sauce over chicken.
- Stir to coat chicken in sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less chili sauce.
