Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the mushroom and spinach mixture.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- For a vegan option, omit cheese.
- Add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier choice.
