A delicious side dish of pasta shells filled with spinach and cheese.
Ingredients

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Can substitute cheese with a dairy-free option for a vegan version.
