Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the watermelon into fry shapes, removing the rind.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and lime juice.
  4. Toss the watermelon fries in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
