A refreshing and spicy twist on traditional fries using watermelon.
Ingredients

- 1 medium watermelon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the watermelon into fry shapes, removing the rind.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and lime juice.
- Toss the watermelon fries in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Can be served as a snack or a side dish.
