Description

A flavorful dish with spicy gochujang sauce and tender chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
