- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 sheets of nori
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- Place crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
