Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the diced potatoes, bell pepper, and onion.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cover the skillet.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
