Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken, sweet potatoes, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.

- Serve with cilantro or avocado for garnish.
