Description

Salisbury Steak Meatballs are a delightful twist on classic comfort food, combining juicy meatballs in a rich and hearty gravy, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 3035 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated, and cover with the lid.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, then add cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before serving to thicken the gravy.
