Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Score the chestnuts with an X on the flat side.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
- Toss the chestnuts in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the shells open.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before peeling.
