Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Punch down the dough and spread it onto a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh rosemary for the best flavor.
- Try adding sea salt on top before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
