Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and spread it onto a baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with rosemary.
  8. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
