Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring (vegan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and red food coloring.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.
