Delicious raspberry truffles made with fresh raspberries and rich chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 50g cream
- 30g powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Pureé the fresh raspberries in a blender.
- Mix the raspberry purée with cream and powdered sugar.
- Combine the raspberry mixture with the melted chocolate.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Shape into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Keep truffles refrigerated until ready to serve.
