Description

Delicious raspberry truffles made with fresh raspberries and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 50g cream
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Pureé the fresh raspberries in a blender.
  3. Mix the raspberry purée with cream and powdered sugar.
  4. Combine the raspberry mixture with the melted chocolate.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Shape into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
