Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and place the cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor.
- Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency (about 1 to 2 minutes), scraping down the sides as needed.
- Evenly spoon the mousse into four serving glasses or bowls.
- Cover each glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up.
