Description

A light and refreshing dessert that combines creamy cottage cheese with fresh raspberries and natural sweeteners, packed with protein and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and place the cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency (about 1 to 2 minutes), scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Evenly spoon the mousse into four serving glasses or bowls.
  4. Cover each glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, consider using plant-based yogurt. This mousse can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
