- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, bell peppers, onions, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
- Use low-fat ranch dressing for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
