A creamy and spicy pasta bake with ranch and buffalo flavors.

- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different protein.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
