- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley: Chopped, plus extra for garnish.
- Salt and pepper: To taste.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil: For cooking.
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional): For added flavor.
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and quartering the baby potatoes, cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces, and mincing the garlic and chopping the parsley.
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, then remove from the skillet.
