Description

A delicious punch bowl cake made with layers of cake, pudding, and fruit.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups of vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. In another bowl, mix the pudding mix and milk until thick.
  7. Cut the cooled cake into cubes.
  8. In a punch bowl, layer cake cubes, pudding, pineapple, strawberries, and whipped cream.
  9. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  10. Top with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
