  • 2 cups crushed pretzels (about 8 oz or 225 g)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (about 60 ml)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz or 115 g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (about 60 ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
