Ingredients
- Pizza dough – 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups, shredded
- Mushrooms – 1 cup, sliced
- Truffle oil – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Fresh parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add the sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with truffle oil.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve hot.
