Description

A delicious pizza topped with mushrooms, mozzarella, and truffle oil.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough – 1 lb
  • Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups, shredded
  • Mushrooms – 1 cup, sliced
  • Truffle oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Add the sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese.
  7. Drizzle with truffle oil.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
