Description

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak in a quesadilla form.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  5. Add steak and vegetable mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the steak and fold the tortilla.
  7. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
