A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak in a quesadilla form.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Add steak and vegetable mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the steak and fold the tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.

- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
