- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the steak, onion, and bell pepper until the steak is browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, layer the bread cubes, steak mixture, and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
