Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic powder, and water.
  3. Drain noodles and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the peanut sauce to the noodles and stir well.
  5. Serve topped with green onions and crushed peanuts.
