A simple and delicious vegan peanut butter noodles recipe.
Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic powder, and water.
- Drain noodles and return them to the pot.
- Add the peanut sauce to the noodles and stir well.
- Serve topped with green onions and crushed peanuts.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less water.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition.
