- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with vegan chocolate frosting.
- Use natural peanut butter for best results.
