Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into strips.
  3. Twist each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh parsley.
