Ingredients

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into strips.
- Twist each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh parsley.
- Can use store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
